Former Dean of the Faculty of Theology at the Institut Catholique de Toulouse and Professor of Dogmatic Theology at the same Faculty.
He has been working in the University Office of the Congregation for Catholic Education since September 2012 and has been head of the same Office since November 2014.
Born in 1968 a Neuilly-sur-Seine (France), he has been ordained priest in the Diocesis of Toulouse in 1995. He made ecclesiastical studies in Toulouse and in Rome.
