The seminar will mainly be focused on 2 issues:
The scale and the scope of evaluation in HE.
Which programmes, institutions, initiatives, bodies to be assessed? Who should be responsible and what for? Which lessons can we draw from our experiences?
What are our differences and how convergent are our national QA systems? Beyond the diversity of our approaches, are QA definitions equally shared in Europe and in Asia? What can we learn from our different ways of doing?
