The following questionnaires are the result of an analysis of the different models collected from various European ecclesiastical institutions, with the intention of creating a set of common questions to act as a platform for the evaluation by students of their faculty’s teaching. The questionnaires are anonymous. The questionnaires should be completed by at least 50% of students, when at least 90% of lessons have taken place.
A bipolar balanced 4 point scale of satisfaction has been used in most cases, to ensure that a relatively clear position is expressed and a high level of responses are given, thus facilitating the processing of responses.
Faculties are invited to add to the questionnaires where appropriate, according to their specific characteristics
